Amanda Walloga
Artistic. Witty. Bold.
I’m a witty young woman in her 20s that's aspiring to be a professional adult. Acquiring my college degree is my current adventure, but I'm in a constant state of seeking new adventures. When I'm not in class, I'm working on multimedia creations that I share with the world on various online & social media platforms.
Social media has dramically impacted not only myself, but communities around me-as well as the rest of the world. In terms of sharing videos, photos, news and simple information, I think in the framework of 'online sharing.' Understanding what caputure's an audience's attention and how to attain a steady flow of traffic has been a result of my Internet prowling.I love the world that has been created on the Internet because of how we, the human race, now connect, share and explore. A social sharing subculture has merged with multiple pop cultures around the globe, and now we have the world we live in.
Some of my accomplishments:
- Volunteer member of Alpha Phi Omega while attended Indiana University
- Helped fundraise over $3,000 for The Rise of Middle Way House (Bloomington, Indiana)
- Co-host on a Blazer Radio show at Hood College
- Current online Spill Supporter for www.spillnow.com
- Dean's List, Spring Semester 2012
